Elza Matiz Luijendijk is a Dutch fashion model. She launched her modelling career as an exclusive for Prada, a breakthrough moment that quickly propelled her into the world’s leading fashion capitals.
She has walked for major designers including Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Givenchy, Miu Miu, Chanel and Jean Paul Gaultier, while also opening and closing shows for major fashion houses including Yves Saint Laurent.
Her portfolio spans editorials and covers for leading publications including Vogue, with two Vogue covers in 2025, as well as Elle and Harper’s Bazaar. She has also fronted campaigns for iconic brands such as Versace, Prada, La Mer and Estée Lauder.
In 2025, Elza founded her mother agency, Exuberance Model Management, bringing more than a decade of international industry experience into the development and management of a new generation of talent. Through Exuberance, she shares the knowledge and perspective gained throughout her own career while continuing to work actively as a model, shooting major covers, campaigns and projects around the world.
Beyond modelling and management, Elza has explored acting, studied business and works in creative direction, reflecting a multifaceted career both in front of and behind the scenes of the fashion industry.
