By accessing or using the GetModel website (getmodel.com) and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

GetModel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce or create derivative works from our content.

You may not use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar automated data gathering tools on our platform without our express written consent. Systematic retrieval of data or content to create a collection, compilation, database or directory is strictly prohibited. See section 3.

All model profiles, rankings, editorial content, photographs, data visualizations and other materials on GetModel are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.

By using GetModel you agree not to collect data from the platform by automated means. Parsers and scrapers, bots and headless browsers, bulk downloading of profiles, articles, castings, photos or any other materials, and getting around our technical limits (request limits, blocks, bot protection) are prohibited without GetModel's written permission. This applies to everyone who uses the site, with or without an account.

What is protected. GetModel's articles and editorial materials are protected by copyright. Model profiles and photos are created by users on our platform and contain personal data: collecting them without these people's consent violates personal-data law and the models' own rights. The selection, structure and descriptions of our directories (models, agencies, crew, castings) are created by GetModel and protected as the result of our work collecting and processing them.

Castings. Some casting announcements are gathered from public sources; each of them shows its source and a link to the original. The rights to the original posts belong to their authors — GetModel owns only the rewritten descriptions, the structured fields and the selection.

Consequences. Automated collection is blocked: an address that harvests data loses access automatically. We may demand that copied materials be deleted and may go to court. We also reserve text-and-data-mining rights, including for training AI models (see /.well-known/tdmrep.json).

If you create an account on GetModel, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform. By submitting content, you grant GetModel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute such content in connection with our services.

You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

The information on GetModel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

GetModel does not warrant that model rankings, agency data, or editorial content will be error-free, current or uninterrupted. While we strive for accuracy, rankings and data points are based on proprietary algorithms and publicly available information which may contain inaccuracies.

We do not endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for any product, service or content advertised or offered by third parties through our platform or linked websites.

In no event shall GetModel, its directors, employees, partners, agents or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our platform.

GetModel's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to GetModel, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GetModel and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
