We do not endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for any product, service or content advertised or offered by third parties through our platform or linked websites.

In no event shall GetModel, its directors, employees, partners, agents or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our platform.

GetModel's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to GetModel, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
