Models
Model rankings are computed, not curated: order comes from verified Instagram scans, Wikipedia readership, documented height or documented earnings, and each page names which of those it used. Membership of the identity and size lists is editorial and drawn from public record; the order inside them is still the data.

Agencies
Agency rankings count one thing: how many model profiles are listed with each agency in the GetModel directory. That is a measure of our coverage of an agency's board, not of its prestige — the city lists apply the same count to agencies with an office in that city.

Frequently asked questions
What model rankings does GetModel publish?
GetModel publishes data-backed rankings: the Top 50 models by Influence Score, Top Supermodels, the most-followed Instagram models, the highest-paid models (Forbes data), the tallest models, the Victoria's Secret Angels, and modeling agencies both worldwide and by city. A new ranking ships only once there is verifiable data behind it.
How are GetModel's rankings calculated?
Every ranking states one transparent source on its own page: publicly visible Instagram audience for follower rankings, the GetModel Influence Score (Instagram audience 50%, Wikipedia readership over 90 days 35%, language editions 15%) for composite lists, publicly documented Forbes earnings for the Money List, documented height for the height ranking, and the number of model profiles in our directory for agency rankings. No editorial opinion, no paid placement.
How often are the rankings updated?
Follower and Influence Score rankings are recomputed from every social scan; the scan date is shown on the hub and on each ranking page. Agency rankings move with the directory. Historical rankings (the Forbes Money List, the Victoria's Secret Angels) state their source year instead of a scan date.
Can models or agencies pay to be included in GetModel rankings?
No. Order is computed from data and placement cannot be bought. Professionals can create a free GetModel profile to enter the directory, which is the pool every ranking draws from.
