    Blair Getz Mezibov

    Blair Getz Mezibov is a New York based photographer and director. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Blair received his first camera and his first pair of cowboy boots at the age of 15. Both have accompanied him ever since — on and off set, and around the world. Blair graduated from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, where he majored in English Literature and Fine Art, and it is this confluence of visual and narrative that never leaves his mind's eye. Known for his easy going nature, Blair establishes a genuine rapport with his film and photography subjects. Often utilizing little more than available light, he works to ensure the integrity of each subject, whether they be celebrities, models, or everyday heroes, in order to capture scenes of powerful honesty and beauty. Driven by curiosity and a deep appreciation for people in their element, Blair can often be found exploring a new town, meeting new people and documenting a new story.
