    Carlos Hernandez, born in Venezuela, was surrounded since a baby by beauty. A country ruled by Pageant Royalty where fashion, hair and makeup are the core of his native culture. Still, his approach through the lens is rougher than that, more editorial, more rebellious, an edgier vision of glamour. His goal since he started to shoot 15 years ago, was to live in New York City where he is now currently based. His Mechanical Engineering degree gives him a geometric perspective when it comes to composition, bringing every feeling, pose and garment to another dimension. His art is infused by the powerful colors that surrounded his childhood, Historic periods like Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo mixed with the vibrancy of the big apple. Since he started he's been published in magazines internationally and exhibits all the way his path to NYC where he's shot campaigns published in Vogue, working as well with supermodels such as Heidi Mount, Brandi Quiñones and Coco Rocha.
