    Elodie Yelmani is a French casting director and model agent with nearly two decades of experience across luxury fashion, casting and talent development. A graduate of the Institut Français de la Mode (IFM) in Paris with a Master’s degree in Fashion & Design Management, she began her career at Chloé, where she spent six years working closely with the teams of Phoebe Philo, Hannah MacGibbon and Clare Waight Keller. In 2012, she moved into freelance casting, collaborating with leading fashion houses, photographers and publications. Her work spans luxury brands including Chanel, Dior, Céline, Valentino, Balenciaga, Miu Miu and Chloé, as well as editorial projects for Harper’s Bazaar, Self Service and M Le Monde to name a few. In 2017, Elodie joined Ford Models Paris, where she became Senior Model Agent for the Women’s Board. Over the years, she has played a key role in the development of talents such as Lulu Tenney, Amelia Gray, Fran Summers, Amar Akway, Jia Li Zhao, Dana Smith, Giselle Norman, Cyrielle Lalande among others. Known for her strong eye for talent and long-term career development, Elodie has built her reputation on discovering, nurturing and positioning models within the international fashion industry. Her approach combines a deep understanding of image, branding and casting with a genuine passion for identifying distinctive personalities and emerging talent.
