    Ethan Hart is an Irish photographer and director based in London. Growing up around a photographic studio, Hart’s love for the art form was first ignited during childhood, understanding light through meticulous, small scale set ups and traditional practices. This early foundation fostered a deep appreciation for technical craft, ongoing visual inquiry, and pinpointing the intersection of art and commercial vision. For Hart, the most powerful photographs are inherently timeless. He uses light, composition, and precise color palettes to evoke a surreal beauty in his subjects and imply narrative outside of the bounds of the image. Hart’s vision has been featured in leading titles such as Numero Homme, Revue, i-D, Document Journal, Vogue, Chaos 69, and has worked with brands such as Dior, Chanel, Fendi, Kenzo, Adidas, Jean Paul Gaultier, Zara and H&M. In addition to his editorial work, he is currently directing his debut feature documentary on the coast of southern Spain.
