    Famida Pathan

    Famida a Northerner, now based in London with over 16 year’s experience (5 years in Film/TV, 13 years working backstage at Fashion weeks - London, Paris, Milan & Couture & 11 years in Fashion/Beauty/Celebrity). An initially self-taught makeup artist, with a HND Media Makeup/SPFX qualification. Her journey began working on short films, corporate & commercial jobs. After gaining a BA Hons in Marketing & a PGCE she moved into the world of training & teaching at a Yorkshire based Beauty School & local College. She also secured a position and trained with MAC cosmetics in Leeds, where she gained vital knowledge on working on different skin tones, ages and sexes. In 2009, a move to London saw a shift towards Fashion/Beauty/Celebrity makeup. Having worked and learnt from the most well known and well established fashion makeup artists of our times, enabled her to build a strong working relationship with clients and become a name many industry leaders call upon. Her work has been seen on billboards and online for brands such as Topman, Mr Porter, Matches Fashion, DAKs, Matalan, MAC cosmetics & L’Oreal Paris.
