    JD Ferguson

    JD Ferguson is an American model and fashion photographer. Ferguson worked internationally for twenty years modeling for clients such as Lands End, Eddie Bauer, LL Bean, as well as commercial print and television. In 2002 he was featured in international spots for BMW, Nike and Vodafone. In 2003 he became Project Manager for Visionaire, V and VMAN magazines in New York City. He soon began photographing the backstages of fashion weeks in New York Paris and Milan in 2005 and continued the men and women’s collections until 2014. During his time at V magazine he worked with designer Karl Lagerfeld and video projects for celebrity photographer Mario Testino. In 2007 he started JDVISION blog which was a who's-who in modeling, fashion and night-life from NYC and the international scene. JD’s work regularly appeared in the pages of Paper Magazine, where he worked on special projects and events until 2014. In 2013 the Berlin based Mila Kunst Gallery hosted his first solo exhibition coinciding with Berlin Fashion Week. Titled “Backstage Pass” the collection of 120 images highlighted his time photographing celebrities, top models and the international fashion community. During his time as a photographer his worked appeared in Japanese British and American Vogue Teen Vogue i-D, SPUR, Paper, Anthem, Maxim, Playboy, T Magazine, the New York Times.
