    Jym Benzing has called New York City home for the past thirty years, having worked in all aspects of the industry. Jym is owner, casting director & producer at Jym Benzing, Inc. Currently the casting director for the fashion line, Alex Mill and freelance casting director at Blonde & Co Creative Agency (for brands such as Kiehls, Garnier, Innisfree, IT Cosmetics, L’Oreal Paris, Karicare, CeraVe and Wella to name a few) , Gates Agency (for brands WYN, Patrick Ta, Nars, Skinmedica. MAC USA, Dr. Diamond, Biossance, Living Proof, Paula’s Choice & Clinique) and McCann (for Urban Decay). Since 2017 Jym has been casting and consulting for Estee Lauder brands such as La Mer, MAC Cosmetics, Estee Lauder Aveda and Bobbi Brown. From March 2015 through January 2017, Jym served as Bookings Director for Self Magazine at Conde Nast publications, where he cast celebrities, models, and athletes for covers and well shoots. During this time he was also served as a Casting Consultant for Gap Inc for Banana Republic and Old Navy. For 10 years Jym served as in house casting director & producer at L'Oreal USA for Global Marketing; where he was responsible for casting the advertising for L’Oreal brands such as Redken, L'Oreal Professional, Redken For Men, Shu Uemura, Urban Experiment, Pureology, Dermablend, Matrix, Garnier and Maybelline.
