Her striking video collages brought her to a new understanding of the image. Now she creates beautiful surrealities, where motion is present or implied. Far from an additional layer, Osborne uses video to get closer, creating consensual voyeurism, escapism with authenticity. Rolling from the hip with no shutter clicks, she’s tamed this unforgiving medium to find a unique vulnerability and intimacy.
