    Taghi Naderzad

    Taghi Naderzad was born and raised in Paris, and came to the East Coast at age 14. He took up photography at age 16 and his passion hasn't waned one bit since. His technical approach is precise yet simple, and his images are crisp and timeless, lighting being of the utmost importance. His rapport to his subject is easy and relaxed, irreverent yet elegant, with a game plan going in, yet with plenty of room for his subject to get loose to allow for those meaningful moments to happen. Emphasis isn't on the graphic, but on the humanity, with a definite aestheticism that's part Paris, part California. He shares his time in both.
