Chiara Scelsi was born in Milan, Italy in 1996.
Once she put her athletic career on hold due to an injury, young Chiara tried to move her first steps into the modeling industry as many friends suggested because of her astonishing beauty.
She joined Women Management Milan in 2015 thanks to model manager Cristina who really believed in her magnetic potential.
Chiara’s big break moment was September 2015 in Paris: Karl Lagerfled who chose her for the Chanel S/S 2016 show was fascinated by her contemporary and fresh Mediterranean appeal.
From that time Chiara became one of the most in demand Italian top models of her generation.
She’s famous worldwide for her role as an Ambassador for Maison Dolce & Gabbana which put her under contract for the Ready to Wear, Beauty, Haute Couture and Accessories campaigns and shows since 2016.
Another highlight of her career was the Chanel beauty contract signed in 2018.
Besides Dolce e Gabbana and Chanel, Chiara has walked for designers as varied as Alberta Ferretti, Off White and Etam, graced the covers of many Vogue international editions, Elle, WSJ to name a few.
She has also fronted campaigns for Diane Von Furstenberg, Missoni, Juicy Couture, Bulgari, Diesel, H&M, Pantene and Polo Ralph Lauren confirming her ability to cross both high fashion world and the high level commercial market.
