Gugu was born and raised in Zimbabwe. In 2018 she moved to Poland to pursue bachelor’s studies in business. She was scouted in Poland and this is where her career took off to reach international markets, her first job ever was a cover of Elle Poland. Gugu also worked for a clients such as Marks & Spencer, Moncler, Kaushik Velendra, Yope, Kazar L'officiel, Inglot and many others.
Outside of her modelling career she is interested in learning new languages and designing clothing for herself.
