Born and raised in Zurich, Switzerland, Luisa Laemmel began her modeling career at the age of 16 after taking part in the Elite Model Look contest. Alongside her early work in fashion, she pursued her academic interests and studied psychology in England, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Psychology.
Before relocating to New York City in 2019, she lived and worked in Paris, Milan, and London, gaining extensive international experience across the major fashion capitals. Throughout her career, she has fronted major beauty campaigns for Maybelline and Max Factor, and collaborated with leading global brands including L’Oreal, Vera Wang, YSL Beauty, Calvin Klein, Akris, and Guerlain. Her editorial work spans publications such as L'Officiel, Cosmopolitan, and numerous other international titles.
Outside of modeling, she is deeply passionate about mental health, psychology, philosophy, and science, and values the beauty and importance of nature and the protection of planet Earth.
