Born in Waddinzveen, Holland, Mr. Mark Vanderloo has taken the male modeling industry by storm. Vanderloo moved to New York in 1994 to be Calvin Klein’s Obsession model. Soon there after he booked the role as face-and body-of Boss’ couture and ready-to-wear lines in 1995. Mark was one of the first men to appear on the cover of Marie Claire in 1996. At some point in the 90's, Mark was doing 50 shows every fashion week, it's no surprise that VH1’s Fashion and Music Awards named him Male Model of the Year in 1995.
Vanderloo resides in New York, and has homes in Paris and Amsterdam. He also speaks five languages. He has a son, Mark Vanderloo Jr, that has started to model as well.
