As our name suggests, the ethos of the agency is to ‘bridge the gap’ between standard and plus size modelling and making sure all ethnicities, heritages and backgrounds are represented. We are continuously evolving to cater to more niche and underrepresented markets with a primary ethical focus to diversify the mainstream media and elevate progressive and exceptional role models.
