Janet Rohan and Lori Morgen are former colleagues who have partnered up to transform the industry by creating an agency devoted to empowering models as businesswomen. EMM believes its clients should have control of their representation, an active voice in their brand and the power to navigate their careers. The landscape has changed and the modern model is often multi-hyphenate and an influencer.
