    Richard Sloan

    Born in Basildon, Essex, Richard studied a degree in Fashion Design, which he initially began pursuing before being asked to style music videos and naturally gravitating towards styling instead. After working with various record labels within the music industry, Richard began working with Coldplay whom he styled for a number of years. Most recently he has worked with a number of artists including Lily Allen, Scissor Sisters, Raye, Mariah Carey, Anne Marie & Tom Walker. Richard’s mix of young designers laced with vintage & archived pieces creates a unique flair signature to his style. Editorially, Richards gentle aesthetic mixed with street and punk influence has been featured in titles such as The Last Magazine, Dazed & Confused, V Man, British Vogue, ES Magazine, Zoo & Sunday Times Style. Previous photographers Richard has worked with include Ben Weller, Harley Weir, Hill & Aubrey, Tom Sloan, Danielle Levit, Nick Dorey & Jamie Hawkesworth. He has also worked on a number of fashion shows throughout his career including styling for Louise Gray, House of Holland & Markus Lupfer, with commercial clients including Amazon, Rimmel, Asos, Vera Moda, Wrangler, Reebok & Puma.
