ANM specializes in development, international model placement and is the leading agency representing foreign talent for direct bookings in Canada. Anita Norris, --Owner and Founder - brings over 35 years of experience in the Modeling industry to her role at ANM Management. In 1990, Anita moved to Milan modeling for many of the world’s top designers, Anita then transitioned to the agency side of the business and co-founded and operated Ice Model Management Milan. Anita’s strengths have always been scouting and talent development. These skills brought her to New York in 2001, where in addition to her role as agent on the famed Wilhelmina Men`s Board she was also the Director of Global Scouting. In 2008 Anita returned home to Canada to open her own agency. The concept was to retain the advantages found within the large corporate agency network combined with the attention to detail of a boutique agency. With this in mind ANM Management was born. Despite its growth, ANM retains its small agency feel, with an individualized approach in developing enduring and successful careers, with a strong focus on high-end advertising, shows and beauty related contracts. ANM MGMT is currently operated by a team of dedicated agents dealing with top-tiered Canadian clients and personal relationships with all leading world-wide agencies. We strive to create a safe, encouraging and supportive atmosphere in an ever-changing industry.
