Susie Bick Cave

Discovered by Steven Meisel at age 14. Born in Cheshire in 1969, to a diplomat father, she spent her childhood in Malawi and Nigeria. Worked a lot with David Bailey, Dominique Isserman, Guy Bourdin, Helmut Newton, Sarah Moon. Recognized for her iconic photograph, "Susie Smoking" by Nick Knight, shot for Yohji Yamamoto's F/W 1988 catalog. Worked extensively with Vivienne Westwood for 10 years. Gave up modeling in 1997 when she met singer Nick Cave who she married in 1999. Has twin boys with Nick. Stepmother to model Jethro Cave. Has loads of Westwood and Azzedine Alaia clothes.
